Project Team
Gray Land and Development Company, LLC, developer of Tree Hill, is a privately held company with a long history of land management and residential community development. Gray Land is owned by the Gray family, who for more than a century have held themselves to high standards of how land and its resources are cared for and transformed. As with other successful company endeavors, Tree Hill is intended to be a landmark community that embodies a strong sense of place and an intrinsic value that is sustainable for generations to come.
